ROSS
I venture to ROSS stores because they have good deals, just excited a ROSS will open soon in Kapolei. I usually go to the Mililani or Pearl City ROSS. You really have to search and look at tags before you buy the items and if you buy clothes you have to try them on. We laugh about it because if the tags say large it's small, just try the clothes on first. You can find alot of designers stuff there, just take the time to look. The little kids clothes is a bargain and you can purchase a complete set at a very low price in comparison to other department stores, but like I said you have to look at the sewing, the details and the price.

I don't know what's it about Ross stores...they must clean it up!
PUT BACK THE STUFFS...IT'S IN THE WRONG PLACE! Kids clothes in the shoes dept. the lingerie is all messed up, the womens clothing is in the wrong area???!! oh, it gets really frustrating, that's why people spend time looking for their size in other areas?? looking at each piece of clothing. When I go there...I end up cleaning it up, putting the pants back on the hanger, picking up clothes from the floor, putting back the right size in the right area if it's near by... I went to the mainland Ross Store...that's 10x worst than here. I thought over here was bad..
Arizona and Santa Ana was bad!! only 2 cashiers and a super long line,
kids running around, parents speaking in another language, dirty clothes all over the place, but their selection was similar to ours, they have more "heavy" coats then we do..this was in November so the season was more heavy jackets and coats on the racks. But, I was in shock to see that the mainland Ross is worst than the ones in Hawaii.
The Pearl Ridge Ross is so small and their retail space is really a mess! At times I hear the sales help grumbling about how "tight" the clothes are on the racks that the customers can't shop, it makes it hard to make a selection. If I have time to shop...Ross is the place.
Yes, don't get me wrong they have good bargans especially for kids clothes and since they grow out of it so fast...it's good =)
They need an over night staff to PUT THINGS BACK IN THIER CORRECT PLACES so it's presentable and they will look better and give a positive out look on their merchandise. Seeing everything is really orgnaized.
I don't see staff people sorting or skimming thru the clothes and trying to put it back in the correct place. WalMart has staff that go around the store and put stuff away properly and neatly.
